Queijuz’s challenge was clear: to transform its e-commerce into a more strategic, modern, and efficient platform, capable of translating the artisanal and gourmet experience of its cheeses into a high-performance digital environment. The website already existed on Shopify but needed a complete restructuring, both in user experience and technical foundation.

Kairen Studio conducted an in-depth process of market research and consumer behavior analysis, understanding how the food audience navigates and makes purchasing decisions online. From this diagnosis, we developed a new sitemap, wireframes, and functional prototypes, ensuring a smooth, intuitive purchase journey faithful to the brand’s proposition.

In the implementation phase, we made direct adjustments to the Shopify code, optimizing beyond design – performance, responsiveness, and SEO.

The result is a redesigned e-commerce with an enhanced experience and superior technical performance. Queijuz’s new store offers engaging navigation, reinforces consumer trust, and boosts the brand’s digital positioning in the gourmet segment.

This case demonstrates how a strategic and technical restructuring on Shopify, combined with a complete UX and market research process, can transform the performance and perception of an artisanal brand in the digital environment.
