The main challenge for Bota Tramada Fotografias was to transform a highly specialized service – equestrian event photography (Crioulo Rodeos and Long Lasso Duels) – into an efficient digital platform for managing, selling, and distributing a vast volume of images. The goal was to professionalize the purchasing experience, making it easy for ropers and participants to find and purchase their photos and videos, while reinforcing the authentic and passionate identity of photographer Emely Borges.
Kairen developed a complete project involving digital portfolio design, a media search and selection system, and strategic sales integration. The process began with an immersion into the equestrian world, understanding the importance of tradition and emotion for this audience, and designing a user journey that was intuitive, even for a public that is not always digitally native.
The copywriting was planned to reflect the voice of “Bota Tramada,” with language that conveys respect, authenticity, and emotion, highlighting the photographer’s sensitive and technical eye. The institutional content (“About Us”) was structured to tell the story of over 11 years of dedication, reinforcing authority in the niche.
In parallel, we created a clean and functional layout where the photographs are the protagonists. The heart of the site is the events system, which allows users to quickly search for their events, browse organized galleries, and select their favorite media.
In the final phase, the website was developed with a focus on user experience and simplified conversion. The purchase flow was optimized so that, after selecting photos, the customer is directed to order completion via WhatsApp, combining digital convenience with personalized service.
The result is a robust and specialized portfolio website that not only manages and sells thousands of images efficiently but also consolidates the Bota Tramada Fotografias brand as the reference in authentic and emotional records of equestrian sport in Brazil.
